Prihodiște is part of village Copalnic-Mănăștur, north of the main Transylvanian area, in region of Maramureș. The area is famous for the best conservation of traditional architecture, clothing and holidays. Great opportunities for rural tourism, nature trips and vacations.

 From the beginning of the invasion in Ukraine, Rusia economy get a burst by rising prices for natural gas and by giving a lot of state contracts in strategic industries. The international sanctions was for long time inefficient.  Now, according to BBC, that quote Russian newspapers, there are first signs of true economic problems in the Russian society. Amazing architecture: the floating house from Ukraine

  One of the strangest buildings, which has fascinated Internet users for decades, is located in Ucriana. The so-called floating house is located in Krasnosilka, Odessa region. It is originally a potato sorting station. The construction rests on a huge concrete block, but it is located on the side, not in the center, which makes the construction visually illogical and amazing. The builders made such a design to allow trucks to enter under the platform of the sorting station to be loaded automatically by opening hatches under the platform. Construction in the Odessa region is not unique. In the last years of the USSR several similar constructions were built, predominantly in Ukraine and Belarus. Because they have a wider "foot" and are clad in wood structure, they are not nearly as spectacular. An image (with pollution) is worth a thousand words: Leicester then and now

   I am not sure that global warming is caused by pollution. (This is only 99.9% sure; there is still room for evidence.) But images like this one (Leicester 1950) think that it shouldn't give way to a discussion we need to behave responsibly, protect the environment, reduce pollution. Of course, developed States have a greater responsibility than the rest of the world, and the United States above all. But I remember a short visit to a Central European country many years ago, when I hit a truly apocalyptic landscape.   Open: Sighisoara City street images from Sighisoara - the old town and the center of the fortress UNESCO monument of great importance, Sighisoara Fortress has benefited from funds for a quality restoration so that today it offers noted tourist services, especially on the side of accommodation and tourist attractions. The most interesting is to take accommodation in one of the small hotels in the citadel, usually decorated in the traditional Saxon style. Entertainment and culinary attractions are not exactly on the same level, events (on the entertainment side) sometimes have a kitsch air, and good food is hard to find.
