Amazing: a wooden church in front of US Congress

Celebrating Romania's presence in the Smithsonian Folklife Festival The Romanian Academy hosted, in July 2024, the event "Romania at the Smithsonian Folklife Festival - 25th Anniversary Celebration 1999-2024", an event that marks Romania's cultural presence in the United States of America, as supported by the Smithsonian Institution since 1999 . The event, held in the Aula of the Romanian Academy and complemented by a concert at the Romanian Athenaeum, was organized by the Romanian Academy and "Babeș-Bolyai" University from Cluj-Napoca, in partnership with the Smithsonian Institution from the USA.
